Dublin Web Summit gets a new site

Dublin Web Summit

I’ve been working with the team behind Dublin Web Summit since their second event and it’s been very interesting to help them evolve their visual identity in tandem with the growth of the event itself.

In the last year the event has grown exponentially and the site that we put in place originally as a stop gap was in real need of replacing. The new site was built over 12 days and launched in conjunction with tickets for their next event on June 10th. It was rebuilt from the ground up, no not a single line of code surviving from the previous version.

I’ll post a more comprehensive review of the build process at a later date, but for now you can see the results of our work over at www.dublinwebsummit.com.

What is this?

From time to time I like to share my thoughts about design, links to good articles or projects and the work of other designers. I keep this journal to remind me of interesting things. Hopefully you will find it interesting too.
